Caffeine Shocks

Whoever thought that Daylight Savings Time is good must rethink. I, for one, am not a fan of this thing. I've been real sleepy the past week. So I go to get my customary caffeine every morning. I go and do the regular stuff to make coffee and carry my life-giving brew back in a styrofoam cup. Then the moment the cup touches my lips, I get electrocuted! Yup, for some reason, the styrofoam cup discharges (painfully) through my teeth and I feel like someone just rattled all my teeth. I thought it was a one-time thing but it is happening almost daily these days. So now I look at the cup with respect. Whether caffeine revs up my system or not, this cup is substituting pretty well...

(idhukku oru blog-a nu ninaikkiravanga, styrofoam cup-lerndhu shock vaangi paarunga; adhuvum aasaiya coffee kudikkalaam nu ninaikkum podhu, shock vaangi paarunga; apram apdi solla mateenga...:))

Subha,
The reason you get electrocuted so often is because you don't brush your teeth properly. My friend often get this kind of feeling! ;-)

Things to know:
1.Brush properly.
2.Don't blame styrofoam cups.

You should live in AZ, no DST ever in you life! I wonder why you would use a styrofoam cup when you can always get a good mug to drink your coffee.

my first reaction was...who the heck drinks coffee in a styrofoam cup... but apparently you do...
i do not see the problem is w/cup.. it must be your teeth..just knock them off and everthing will be just fine.

People, since so many of you have been wondering about this whole styrofoam cup thing, I've started wondering if it is even a styrofoam cup at all or maybe some other material??!! But never mind. I am not a regular coffee drinker and that explains why I don't have a mug for that at work. Perhaps I better do that.

Just a clarifier: I don't use styrofoam cups at home!!! I was talking about work.
